 Chilean Cuisine and Wines
During the trips we always try or make diligent efforts to acquaint to our guest with the culture of Chile. One of the main topics are, local food, our wines, people and customs. In Chile farmers produce wonderful grapes for the table, olives to produce fine olive oil. In the central región of Chile is possible to cultivate high quality of vegetals, vines to produce high quality of wines, and most of the fruits of temperate climates. Also it is well known that there is wide variety of seafood in Chile. At Lake District area Chilean farmers produce berries and products for beer industry. Cattlemen produce all products derived from bovine livestocks, like milk, cheese, yogurts, sausages, and it is impossible to forget our great red meats and lambs, another gifts of this land.
