Palena a River for Browns PDF Print E-mail

During the season 2011 Palena river has been the best to catch big browns or se-run browns like this in the picture, here we can see Horst holding a sea run caught in a float trip in the upper Palena. Aside this sea run, he caught several big resident brown trout more in the same river, I think at least two weighed over 8 pounds. Most of browns took streamers although there were many that prefered dries than streamers, above all those of the creeks and the lakes, also some of the river resident took big Goddar caddies and adult stones late in the evenings.
