We always include a good lamb made in the Patagonian way when we have groups, this is a tradition in our trips. It's well known that the lamb is  an important part of the local people diet, they know how to do a great lamb any way, in the oven, parrilla, or roasted in the tipical way of the Gauchos. Here we have the group of our friends Joe, kelly, Jim and Mike. All them are great guys and they know how to enjoy this with some good Chilean wines. We used mostly reserves and some premium varietales, although also we brought some great blends, mostly Merlot with Syrah, or sometimes other blends.
